We had a great 2 night stay! Housekeeping was great. Jennifer who checked us in was fantastic! Very friendly and great explaining our stay to us! Will definitely be back because of great service!
The staff is friendly and welcoming. They make you feel like you are more than just a guest and that you matter. Go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The prices are competitive and the location is great. Right by food and gas stations. It's away from the highway and main road so there are minimal noises are heard. Easy to get in and out of and conveniently choose to HWY 45 if you are traveling and there is a huge Buccees nearby. Unfortunately, some guests don't treat motel rooms with respect so damages accure. These are decent rooms for the price and if there are any issues the ladies on the front will go out of their way to get you comfortable and it's obvious they sincerely care about your needs. The rooms are neat, clean and decorated nicely. Someone is always in the office and the parking lot is monitored all night. I've been on quite a few motels before and this is one of the better ones.
We came here to rest we love it do the bathroom toilet have low preshor we had good sleep. When we got here we got a usd room by accident wich we came to the office they gave us a new one sometimes humans make mistakes she was nice.also they had free breakfast.love it.
Everything was great. Clean room and bed. Bed was a little uncomfortable and hard. There was a Crack in the shower. But overall much nicer than any of the surrounding hotels. There was no bugs of any kind and we deeply checked the room due to surrounding hotels having bed bugs and roaches. Very clean and very nice staff.
Me and my friend stayed last night we came around 1. The receiving was very good by the night guy and the room was very good and decent atmosphere. We had a great sleep and started traveling to Alabama in the morning. They are providing breakfast too which we liked.
Stayed there the other night and the rooms were so clean and comfy. Front desk people are super nice and helpful as well as house keeping . Coty the front desk lady was so nice and friendly , she was super helpful and very polite thanks for the great stay !
Our room was great, it wasn’t perfect but no complaints. For example, a hole was patched in the wall but not yet painted. A light was out above the sink but I forgot to tell them when I left, doubt they know. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Parking lot was well lit. I would recommend this place to friends. Very good for the money.
